Dr. Ham is board certified in family medicine and sports medicine.
He enjoys the diversification in family medicine. He loves seeing newborns and elderly patients and helping everyone be their best selves. Dr. Ham also enjoys treating musculoskeletal issues and helping individuals become and stay active.
He received his degree in osteopathic medicine at Lincoln Memorial University, completed a residency at East Tennessee State University and a fellowship at Atrium Health.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 children. He also likes running and playing golf.

Dr. Deanna Didiano grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where she earned a B.S. in Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation Sciences at the University of Pittsburgh. She completed her medical degree at the Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine in Blacksburg, VA, and then she attended the Atrium Health Cabarrus Family Medicine Residency in Concord. After residency, she completed a fellowship in sports medicine at Cone Health in Greensboro, NC. Dr. Didiano currently practices Sports Medicine for Atrium Health in the greater Charlotte area. She services as team physician for Lincoln County high schools and team physician for Queens University in Charlotte, NC. As well as Clinical Assistant Professor for the Department of Family Medicine Wake Forest University School of Medicine. Dr. Didiano has a true passion for providing the highest quality of family medicine, sports medicine, and integrative medicine to the Charlotte region.

Dr. Dana Piasecki's medical career has taken him all over the nation. His education began with an undergraduate degree in biology at Harvard University. He then moved south to obtain his doctorate in medicine from Vanderbilt and back north to New York to complete an orthopedic surgery residency at the esteemed Hospital for Special Surgery. Dr. Piasecki completed his Sports Medicine Fellowship at Rush University Medical Center, where he also served as assistant team physician for the Chicago White Sox and Chicago Bulls, and head team physician for the Chicago Steel Hockey Squad. During his fellowship year, he instructed orthopedic surgery residents and authored more than twenty peer-reviewed publications. He is currently active in cutting-edge orthopedic research and serves as a surgeon educator, helping to train orthopedic residents at Carolinas Medical Center.
In addition to his professional pursuits, Dr. Piasecki has a long personal history with athletics. He is a former rower, water polo player, Division I NCAA swimmer, and was a member of the United States National Flatwater Sprint Kayaking Team (1996-2000). He was a U.S. Olympic Training Center resident athlete for two years, narrowly missing a 2000 Olympic kayaking berth and winning medals at the U.S. Olympic Team Trials, U.S. National Championships, World Sprint Team Trials, and Canadian National Championships. He now serves as a volunteer physician for the U.S. Olympic Committee.
Beyond his love of sports, Dr. Piasecki greatly enjoys traveling with his wife, who is a neonatologist, son, and two daughters.

Margret Lynch splits time between OrthoCarolina's Shoulder & Elbow Center, Sports Medicine Center, and SouthPark locations. She holds a BA in sports sciences from the University of Richmond and a MAEd in health education from East Carolina University. Lynch also attended Eastern Virginia Medical School to obtain her MPAS.
In addition, Lynch holds her athletic training licensure through the Virginia Medical Board, is licensed by the NC Board of Athletic Trainers, and has her Masters License as Health Specialist by the North Carolina State Board of Education Department of Instruction. She is also NATABOC and ACLS/BLS certified.

Dr. Joshua Damesek grew up in the small town of Ashland, Oregon. He attended Tulane University, graduating in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering. His education continued at Case Western Reserve University School of Dentistry in Cleveland, Ohio. While at Case Western, Joshua earned several recognitions and awards such as being inducted into the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society and graduating in the top 10% of his class. After dental school, he spent two years at the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry in the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Department. This is where he met his wife, Elizabeth C. Damesek, D.D.S. The two decided to leave Chapel Hill in 2000 and open a private dental practice in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Joshua and Elizabeth maintain this practice created in May 2000 at 1618 East Morehead Street in Charlotte. Both Joshua and Elizabeth are very active in the community. Joshua serves as the team dentist for the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Queens University of Charlotte, and has been the dentist for numerous NCAA events such as the Men's and Women's Basketball Championships, the Meineke Car Care Bowl, Conference USA soccer, basketball, and volleyball tournaments, and the NIT Basketball Championships. In 2013, Joshua was selected by the United States Olympic Committee as a Team USA dentist, providing dental care to Team USA athletes. He has also been chairman of the Central Piedmont Community College Dental Advisory Board. He is an adjunct professor at the Carolinas Medical Center Department of Oral Medicine and has published multiple articles in the field of traumatic dental injuries. He has given many lectures throughout the United States on Sports Dentistry and Traumatic Dental Injuries.
Dr. Damesek was recently selected by a vote of his peers to be included in Charlotte Magazine as a top dentist.
Joshua and Elizabeth Damesek reside in Charlotte, North Carolina and have five children.

Dr. Elizabeth Camp Damesek is a native of Charlotte, North Carolina. She is a graduate of West Charlotte High School. Elizabeth attended Wake Forest University where she graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in History. After college, she went on to get her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from UNC-Chapel Hill in 1999. Immediately following dental school, Elizabeth did one year of a Hospital Dentistry Residency at UNC Hospitals. In the summer of 2000, Elizabeth and her husband Joshua left Chapel Hill to return to Charlotte and open a dental practice.
Elizabeth and Joshua Damesek have practiced general dentistry at 1618 East Morehead Street in Charlotte since July of 2000. They both are very involved in the community. Elizabeth served as President of the Charlotte Dental Society from 2008-2009. She has also served as a member of the Central Piedmont Community College Dental Hygiene Advisory Board. She has enjoyed doing volunteer dentistry for Communities in Schools and for the Charlotte Missions of Mercy clinics. Outside of dentistry, she enjoys her volunteer time at her children's schools and as a children's Sunday School teacher for the past 9 years.
Dr. Damesek has been listed for many years as a top dentist in Charlotte Magazine.

Dr. Collins has called Charlotte home since 2017 after growing up in Upstate New York. She graduated with a Biology degree from University at Albany and completed her Doctor of Optometry Degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia. After completing her residency in ocular disease at the Baltimore VA, she relocated to Charlotte and has been providing eye care in the Charlotte community ever since. She is passionate about providing personalized care for each patient and really values the importance of properly educating patients about their conditions. She gets the most enjoyment out of fitting patients with contact lenses - whether it's a young patient trying them for the first time or someone who's ready to ditch those reading glasses - it's an exciting journey for patients of all ages!
Dr. Collins sits as a current Clinical Examiner for the North Carolina Board of Optometry and has held prior leadership roles as Vice President and Treasurer for the local Piedmont Optometric Society.
When not in the office, you can find her chasing her toddler boy/girl twins around or exploring the Charlotte restaurant scene with her husband, Shain (when the babysitter allows for it).
